About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Personal Lines Insurance Placement/Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our Personal Lines Department, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide expert advice to underwriters on premium, coverage, term, and condition matters.
- Collaborate with Producers and Account Executives to achieve marketing objectives.
- Analyze existing books of business to identify opportunities for consolidation.
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure quotes for new business.
- Independently manage assigned projects with partner carriers.
Essential Qualifications:
- NY Property & Casualty license required.
- Minimum 2 years of personal lines experience, preferably with knowledge of agency management software.
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
