About the Role

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes, utilizing data analysis to drive improvements.
- Lead the implementation of quality initiatives, working closely with manufacturing teams.
- Assist in developing corrective actions and process improvements.
- Responsible for day-to-day quality support and training.
- Technical quality liaison between customers and site manufacturing processes.
Requirements:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- 2 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of statistical techniques, data analysis, and root cause tools.
- Experience in a process-driven, high-volume manufacturing facility preferred.
