**Job Description:** IT Vendor Management Specialist
We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Vendor Management efforts. As an IT Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve vendor relationships, streamline processes, and drive business results.
**Key Objectives:**
1. Develop and implement effective Vendor Management frameworks and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement SLAs that meet customer expectations.
3. Conduct regular reviews of vendor performance to identify areas for improvement and recommend necessary changes.
4. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
• 5 years' experience in Supplier Management role in Information Technology with knowledge of IT/automotive IT or relevant industry standards and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or other related field.
• Deep knowledge in contract management, sourcing, and procurement processes and methodologies or related experience.
• Strong communication, planning, and presentation skills.
