Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Food Prep Worker to join our team. As a Food Prep Worker, you will be responsible for preparing and portioning food items according to production requirements and sanitation standards.
You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, following proper food handling procedures and maintaining accurate rotation of food to ensure top quality and freshness.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparing all food items using prep lists and standard recipes
- FOLLOWING PROPER FOOD HANDLING PROCEDURES
- Maintaining accurate rotation of food to assure top quality and freshness
- Managing leftover foods correctly; cover, label, date, and accurately store according to Aramark standards
- Maintaining clean and orderly refrigerators and work areas
We require a minimum of one year's experience in food preparation or a related field, as well as basic math and counting skills.
