What We Are Looking For
- A valid Occupational Therapy license in Oregon is required.
- Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers through AHA, ARC, or Military Training Network must be obtained at hire.
- Prior experience in outpatient settings is desirable but not compulsory.
