Job Summary
We are seeking a Nursing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will assist the nursing staff by performing assigned duties to help patients meet their activities of daily living.
About the Role:
- You will collect specimens, vital signs, and other related data and assist in communication of patient/family needs to the nurse or other team members.
- You will perform patient care activities/treatments for which basic competency has been documented under the supervision of an RN.
Essential Functions:

- Provides nutritional support as indicated by patient condition.
- Obtains and documents accurately weights, I&O, and vital signs as indicated by unit needs.
