The Registered Nurse Opportunity is a key position in our medical surgical unit. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct patient care, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesThis role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and a passion for mentoring and guiding new nursing graduates. You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
- Communicating changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
- Participating in discharge planning process.
