Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Network Administrator to join our team. This is a W2 contract position that requires onsite work in Cape Canaveral.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Active Directory environments and Group Policy Objects (GPOs). They will also have expertise in VMware datacenter virtualization technologies and maintaining server roles such as Domain Name System (DNS), Network Policy Server (NPS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS).
Requirements:
- Active DoD Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or 10 years of field experience
- Expertise in managing Active Directory environments and Group Policy Objects (GPOs)
- Expertise in VMware datacenter virtualization technologies
- Proficiency in maintaining server roles such as Domain Name System (DNS), Network Policy Server (NPS), Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol (DHCP), and Windows Server Update Services (WSUS)
- Experience patching servers and workstations on air-gapped networks using WSUS
- Experience with disaster recovery solutions (e.g., VEEAM)
- Experience with automation and scripting tools, especially PowerShell
- Experience with MySQL databases
- Experience with Security Incident and Event Monitoring (SIEM) tools such as LogRhythm or Splunk
