Mixologist and Service Expert

Job Summary:
A skilled Bartender is needed to create exceptional guest experiences by preparing and serving a variety of drinks according to established specifications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Pour, mix and serve beverages to guests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Operate Point of Sale information (POS) and other restaurant systems to maintain accurate records of sales transactions.
• Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for guests by being attentive and knowledgeable about menu items and services.
• Ensure that all bartending procedures and protocols are followed at all times.
• Perform cash handling duties accurately and efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Current alcohol awareness certification, such as TIPS or LEADS, is preferred.
• 2 years of experience performing the full range of bartending activities.

Working Conditions:

• Frequent lifting, moving, and carrying of boxes, crates, furniture, garbage etc. weighing up to 40 pounds in bar area and across the restaurant.
• Regular and prolonged standing and walking inside and outside the restaurant while preparing and serving alcoholic and mixed drinks, cleaning, sanitizing and setting up workstations, removing garbage, etc.
