Job Title: Building Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled individual to fill the role of Career Custodian at our location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining building and work areas in a clean and orderly condition.
Duties:
- Maintain building cleanliness by performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, washing, cleaning, and removing trash from building and work areas.
- Perform minor and routine maintenance tasks including cleaning light fixtures, changing light bulbs, and replacing necessary components.
- Comply with all company safety rules, procedures, and applicable government regulations.
- Maintain and complete all required records.
- Follow all safety rules and practices.
- Participate in safety committees or initiatives.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Proficiency in most office and facilities cleaning and maintenance operations.
- Possibility to install hardware.
