We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our cleaning team as a Dishroom Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchen area and ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are available and sanitized.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure the availability of clean dishes, pots, pans, and utensils by utilizing the cleaning and sanitization center in the kitchen.
- Clean machines, appliances, and kitchen work areas to meet sanitary standards.
- Unload and store deliveries.
- Sweep and mop floors, especially in the event of spills or broken items.
- Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans as needed.
- Support other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed.
- Report kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
