Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Our organization is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with our team.
The HR Manager will be responsible for updating and maintaining critical HR documents, providing guidance on complex HR issues, managing day-to-day HR activities, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain, and SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain critical HR documents, such as employee handbooks and job descriptions.
- Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues, such as FMLA, disability, or other leave situations.
- Manage day-to-day HR activities and employee interactions.
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
- Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations.
