Job Summary:
The Human Resources Business Partner plays a pivotal role in driving HR strategies and initiatives. This is a full-time role based in Pennsylvania.
About the Role:
This position will report to the Human Resources Director and will support operations at the location. The Human Resources Business Partner will lead recruitment efforts, prepare payroll, analyze trends, work with leaders to identify training needs, and provide performance management guidance.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements HR strategies and policies aligned with organizational objectives
- Leverages expertise to drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity
- Analyzes metrics to inform decision-making and optimize business outcomes
- Collaborates with leaders to develop and implement training programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or certifications (such as PHR or SHRM-CP) in lieu of degree
- 7 years of related human resources experience partnering with senior company leaders
Desired Qualifications:
- Proficient in HRIS software, Microsoft Office, and Excel
- Proven ability to manage the entire employment cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
- In-depth knowledge of various HR disciplines, including compensation, benefits, HRIS, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws
