Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business strategy.
Main Responsibilities:
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Oversee and manage a performance evaluation process that drives high performance
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Leds all employee attendance status, disciplinary status
- Support all leaders with employee relations within applicable departments
- Coordinates Safety and Health compliance with other team members to meet MIOSHA standards
