Fiber Optic Installation Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Fiber Optic Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining fiber optic networks.
- Install and splice fiber optic cables in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
- Operate various types of construction equipment, including trenchers, backhoes, and bucket trucks.
- Conduct cable fault acceptance tests and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Update GIS maps and as-builts to ensure accurate records of completed work.
This is a full-time position that requires frequent standing, walking, kneeling, and climbing. The ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds regularly and over 100 pounds occasionally is also required.
