Job Summary
The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the store. This includes ensuring the cleanliness of floors, seating areas, restrooms, and back offices, as well as supporting all teams with cleaning projects and maintaining the store's landscaping and parking lot.
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain general cleanliness and safety on the floor, in seating areas, restrooms, and back offices
- Support all teams with cleaning projects, helps with cleaning emergencies, and maintains the store's landscaping and parking lot
- Works all scheduled shifts and attends required trainings and meetings
Requirements
- Knowledge of WFM culture, quality standards, core values, and products
- Ability to deliver information in a clear and respectful manner to fellow colleagues, customers, and vendors
- Understanding of and compliance with WFM quality goals
- Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
