We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to assist with the management of our building maintenance services. The successful candidate will have 3 years of prior experience in management, coaching, motivating, developing, and leading a team in multi-unit or locations.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to develop and maintain productive working relationships with independent contractors. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to review client contracts and ensure work expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with independent contractors
- Review client contracts and ensure work expectations are met
- Assist with the management of building maintenance services
- Communicate with facility services manager daily for any issues that need immediate attention
- Make recommendations for contractor work assignments and manage to client standards and company guidelines
- Manage inspections, customer complaints, customer requests, new client starts, or VIP treatment needing attention
