Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Engineering professional to join our team. As a key member of our development group, you will be responsible for the adaptation and development of onboard flight control systems for small unmanned aircraft.
Key responsibilities include:
- Architecting, implementing, and tuning vehicle and component control loops, and state estimation algorithms.
- Working with cross-discipline engineers to understand system-level desired functionality and translate it to software requirements.
- Collaborating with aircraft designers to size and spatially configure control actuators, define, and experimentally confirm control authority requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in GNC developing software for embedded systems.
- Cross-discipline, hands-on experience with electrical, embedded, and software fields.
