About the Position
The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee the execution of projects from conceptual phase to commissioning, ensuring adherence to defined requirements. The successful candidate will report to the Engineering Manager and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve cost-effective goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support in preparing cost estimates, justifying project financials, and reviewing design proposals.
- Supervise installation and commissioning activities while ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance.
- Assist in contractor management processes and audit contractor work to guarantee safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Responsible for designing, estimating, modifying, and purchasing plant machinery and equipment to meet safety, quality, and production requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with multidisciplinary teams to achieve cost-effective goals.
- Preferably, experience in equipment design and project engineering or project management roles.
