eCommerce Growth Strategy
We're seeking an experienced eCommerce leader to develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, driving online revenue and expanding our presence in the digital landscape.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic roadmap to grow online revenue and expand our presence in international DTC markets and new marketplace channels.
- Lead the development and implementation of a data-driven approach to optimize the digital customer journey and ensure operational excellence across all e-commerce touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate company wellness mission, product science, and storytelling into the digital experience across platforms.
eCommerce Platform Management:
- Manage listing optimization, promotions, merchandising, and digital shelf performance across e-commerce platforms, including branded websites (Shopify), Amazon, Walmart, and future marketplace/social commerce initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and integration of marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive e-commerce analytics and reporting framework.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing e-commerce team, including specialists in site management, performance analytics, and marketplace strategy.
- Provide clear direction, training, and written SOPs to streamline roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative, high-accountability culture that supports cross-functional excellence.
Required Skills:
- 7 years of e-commerce experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the dietary supplements, wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) space.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of growing online revenue and successfully launching new platforms or marketplaces.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media, affiliate programs) and how it integrates with e-commerce goals.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or similar platforms.
- Ability to align e-commerce strategies with broader company objectives and growth targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to drive technological innovation and leverage emerging tools to enhance the site experience.
- Passion for the health, wellness, and beauty space, with knowledge of consumer trends and regulatory considerations.
- Strong understanding of omnichannel operations and the accounting nuances of DTC, marketplace, and retail distribution.
