Correctional Ministry Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support the Life Connections Program in Aliceville, Alabama.
The successful candidate will provide up to 20 hours of classroom instruction weekly, working Monday to Thursday, 5 hours per day. Some flexibility in scheduling may be required, as determined by the Program Manager.
This is a part-time, 1099 vacancy.
- Deliver faith-based instruction and life skills training in a classroom setting.
- Collaborate with the Program Manager and other staff to develop the program and monitor participants' progress.
- Engage with individuals from various faith backgrounds, ensuring inclusive support.
- Attend all required training sessions.
- Participate in relevant team and program-related meetings.

Requirements

- Strong communication and organizational skills.
