Main Responsibilities
- Prepare mixed drinks, beer, wine, and other beverages according to standard recipes.
- Serve drinks and food to bar guests, ensuring timely and attentive service.
- Participate in and pass alcohol awareness and safety training classes.
- Maintain an adequate supply of ice, glasses, and other bar supplies.
- Order and maintain inventory of liquor, mixes, and other bar supplies.
- Operate point-of-sale system quickly and efficiently, balancing and securing all moneys at the end of shift.
- Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing clear and concise information about menu items and promotions.
Key Requirements
- Must be able to clearly and effectively communicate English.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds several times per shift.
- Walking and standing during a 6-8 hour shift.
- Adherence to Company policies and procedures regarding alcohol sales and serving.
