Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional patient care by using impeccable C-I-CARE (communication, integrity, compassion, advocacy, respect, and excellence) in all patient interactions
- Support the delivery of patient intake, same-day schedule management, follow-up scheduling, and assist with outreach as necessary
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care and support
- Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient information
Requirements:
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist outside of a training/externship environment
- An active phlebotomy certification to practice
- Strong customer service skills, including ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology such as typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
