What You'll Do:
The Advanced Guest Experience Agent is critical to our operation and guests. This position is a system and process expert that handles more complex tasks. This role effortlessly shifts between, front desk, PBX, and bell as the business requires, while delivering concierge level service to our guests. The team members will work with leadership to facilitate guest needs and are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced and often stressful environment while maintaining a friendly disposition throughout. This position will handle elevated tasks and model our standards. Housing may be available on a first-come, first-served basis based on position. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Required to work on site.
Position starts at $21.50-$23.00 per hour DOE
Duties/Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of check-in packets and folios

Check guests in and out of the hotel

Act as primary point-of-contact for guests

Communicate with other departments such as Housekeeping, Maintenance, Security, etc. to inform them of any guest needs or issues

Accurately handle transactions at Front Desk

Skillfully move between front office jobs including front desk, bell/guest service, PBX and concierge

Model a professional and positive work environment

Help to develop and maintain standard operating procedures
What You'll Bring

High school diploma or GED - preferred

3 months front desk/customer service experience - required

3 Months cash handling experience - required

Experience with Springer Miller hotel management software - preferred

Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite - preferred

Proficiency in written and spoken English - required
