Class A Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a regional position running the Central Great Lakes area. This opportunity is well-suited for both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates looking to start their driving career. New drivers or those with under six months of experience will begin with a 4-6 week trainee period before transitioning into the regular regional route, hauling 53' dry van trailers.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,300 to $1,500 per week
• $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience
• $25 stop pay and $25 short haul pay
• Trainee pay of $850 per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles, maintaining an accident-free record, and achieving 7 mpg or better
• Full benefits after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
  
  

Job Details

• Regional lanes covering the Central Great Lakes area
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers, majority drop and hook
• Home weekly, sometimes biweekly
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 2,500 miles
  
  

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) or equivalent driving experience
• Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Stable work history with no major employment gaps
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
