Class A Regional Truck Driver - New CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL Truck Drivers for a regional position running the Upper Midwest. This opportunity is well-suited for both experienced drivers and recent CDL school graduates looking to launch their driving careers. New drivers or those with under six months of experience will begin by running OTR with an experienced trainer, hauling 53' dry van trailers, before transitioning into the Upper Midwest regional route.

Compensation & Benefits

• $1,200 to $1,400 per week
• $0.56 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience, plus $15 per stop pay
• Trainee pay of $850 per week for 4-6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Monthly safety bonus of $0.06 per mile for drivers who exceed 9,200 miles driven, maintain an accident-free record, and achieve fuel efficiency of 7 mpg or better

Job Details

• Regional lanes covering the Upper Midwest
• 100% no-touch freight in 53' dry van trailers
• Initial 4-6 week OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months of experience
• Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset on weekends
• Willingness to run day or night shifts
• Average weekly mileage of approximately 1,800 to 2,200 miles
  
  

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Recent driving experience of 6 months preferred, or graduate of an accredited truck driving school
• Clean driving record with no accidents, tickets, suspensions, DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years
• Stable 10-year work history with no major employment gaps outside of school or training
• Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair follicle drug screen
