Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including new graduates from accredited driving schools, to join our dedicated regional driving team. This role offers the opportunity to run established regional lanes while operating 53' reefer and dry van trailers, all with the benefit of consistent weekly home time and a supportive team environment.
Compensation & Benefits
- $1,000 - $1,500 per week
- $0.48 - $0.58 per mile, based on experience
- $650 - $800 training pay for drivers with under 6 months of OTR/regional experience
- $10 pay for the first stop, $15 for each additional stop
- $20 short haul pay for loads under 250 miles
- $0.06 per mile monthly bonus for drivers exceeding 8,200 miles with no accidents and fuel efficiency of 7 MPG or better
- Full benefits package after 30 days, including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off
Job Details
- Dedicated regional account operating 53' reefer and dry van trailers
- Running lanes include Utah, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Colorado, and Wyoming
- Approximately 2,500 - 3,000 miles per week
- 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live load/unload at stores
- Weekly home time with a minimum 34-hour reset
- New drivers will run with a mentor for 4-6 weeks of OTR training before transitioning to solo driving
- Drivers must be willing to work both day and night shifts as needed
Minimum Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid Class A CDL
- New CDL graduates from an accredited truck driving school with a minimum of 120 hours of training are welcome to apply
- Clean driving record with no major accidents, major tickets, or license suspensions within the past 5 years
- No DUIs, felonies, or misdemeanors within the past 5 years; all criminal records are reviewed by the safety department
- Cannot have been terminated from most recent employment due to safety concerns
- Solid 10-year work history with no major unexplained employment gaps outside of school or training (maximum 6 months in the last year and 1 year in the last 3 years)
- Must pass a pre-employment urine and hair drug screen
