- Primary responsibilities:
- Operate company 53' dry vans safely and efficiently on assigned regional routes.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and report defects.
- Comply with federal, state, and company safety and hours‑of‑service regulations.
- Secure freight and complete required trip paperwork and electronic logs accurately.
- Represent the company professionally with customers and partners.
- Minimum qualifications:
- Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours); recent graduates encouraged.
- Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents or major violations within the past five years).
- Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks.
- Must meet company safety and background standards; certain convictions or safety‑related terminations may disqualify.
