CDL A Regional Truck Driver - CDL Graduates Welcome

Beast Mode Truckin is seeking Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional no‑touch dry van operations along the Eastern Seaboard. Drivers will operate company‑provided 53' dry van tractors to complete scheduled regional deliveries while adhering to company policies and federal safety regulations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Safely operate company 53' dry van tractors in regional operations.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care; report defects promptly.
• Handle primarily drop‑and‑hook freight and complete scheduled deliveries.
• Maintain accurate electronic logging device (ELD) or logbook records and comply with Hours‑of‑Service regulations.
• Follow company safety procedures and regulatory requirements at all times.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• $1,200–$1,400 per week (varies with miles and experience).
• Pay structure: $0.55–$0.65 per mile; $15 per stop.
• Trainee pay: $650/week for the initial 4–6 week training period.
• Safety bonus: $0.06/mile for qualifying drivers.
• $300 paid orientation.
• Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days of employment.
  
  

Schedule and route information

• Regional Eastern Seaboard lanes, approximately 2,500 miles per week.
• Typical operating pattern: out approximately 12 days, home approximately 2 days (bi‑weekly home time).
• Day or night driving as required by schedule.
• New drivers will be paired with a trainer for 4–6 weeks.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL.
• Age 21 or older.
• Recent graduates encouraged to apply; graduation from an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours) is preferred.
• Reasonably clean driving record (no DUI within the past 5 years; no convictions that would disqualify under company policy).
• Ability to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screening and any required background checks.
