- Dedicated account with an average of 18 stops per week.
- Home time: typically at least every two weeks although drivers can stay out longer if they choose to
- Orientation: paid online orientation followed by an in‑person road test in Salt Lake City (SLC) where drivers will be assigned a truck.
- Average weekly pay: $1,550–$1,635 (paid weekly).
- Starting pay: $0.63–$0.71 per mile, based on experience.
- $20 per stop (18 stops on average per week)
- Full benefits package including medical, HSA, dental, life insurance, AD&D, paid time off, 401(k), and additional voluntary benefits.
- Minimum age: 21 years.
- Valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
- Hazmat endorsement required; must obtain within 90 days if not already held.
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
- No major moving violations (for example: 15 mph over the limit, reckless driving, or following too closely) in the last 12 months.
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
