Class A Dedicated Driver - Local or Regional

Beast Mode Truckin is hiring Class A drivers for a dedicated local/regional account serving Colorado, Wyoming, and Utah. This is a predictable, no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook refrigerated position with modern automatic tractors, multiple days at home each week for many drivers, and competitive pay and benefits.

Schedule & equipment

• Operating lanes: Colorado, Wyoming, Utah.
• All tractors are 2025 model automatic transmissions equipped with auto chains; 53' refrigerated trailers.
• Typical account pattern: approximately 6 loads and 13 stops per week; average ~1,700 miles per week.
• Home daily if living within 50 miles of Aurora, CO; home weekly if within 60 miles of Aurora, CO or within 65 miles of Rifle, CO. Multiple days at home during the week for many drivers.
• 3‑day paid orientation in Salt Lake City, UT.
  
  

Compensation & Benefits

• Average weekly pay: $1,400–$1,600 (paid weekly).
• Starting pay: $0.70–$0.80 per mile, based on experience.
• $17 per stop.
• Monthly safety bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Valid Class A CDL with at least 3 months of OTR, regional, or local driving experience within the last 12 months.
• No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
• No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
• No major moving violations (e.g., 15 mph over the limit, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
• Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
• Valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
