HVAC Install Technician
Beasley’s Heating & Cooling is seeking a dependable and skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing heating and cooling systems, assisting with system replacements, and ensuring each installation is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.

Responsibilities
- Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductwork, and related equipment.
- Assist with system replacements, upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and HVAC installation plans.
- Perform basic electrical connections and system setup related to HVAC installations.
- Ensure equipment is installed according to manufacturer specifications, company standards, and applicable codes.
- Assist with startup procedures and verify systems are operating properly after installation.
- Communicate materials, parts, and equipment needs to the operations team.
- Maintain accountability of tools, equipment, materials, and inventory.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Take ownership of positive customer outcomes.
- Follow all company safety procedures and installation standards.
- Communicate repair solutions and preventative maintenance to property owners.
Qualifications
- Previous HVAC installation experience preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of HVAC installation practices, ductwork, wiring, and system components.
- Ability to read and understand schematics, technical manuals, and installation instructions.
- EPA certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable using an iPhone or Android cell phone.
- Comfortable working with analog and digital systems.
- Ability to lift equipment, work in attics/crawlspaces when needed, and perform physical tasks required for HVAC installation.
