Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Accounting & Executive Assistant based in San Leandro, CA. The Accounting & Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing support for accounting department including accounts receivables, payables and administrative assistant to executive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Basic bookkeeping tasks
- Assistance with customer invoice processing and collection
- Assistance with expenses and file keeping
- Organizing projects and managing multiple deadlines
- Managing calendars, meetings and emails
- Administrative support to executives
Qualifications
- Previous experience in executive or administration support and accounting required
- Communicates effectively with all levels of company personnel from warehouse to executives
- Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
- Must be detail oriented and have a strong work ethic
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Anticipates needs and takes initiative
- Has the ability to identify and resolve issues independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with EPICOR Profit 21 ERP a plus but not required
