You will play a vital role in our financial operations, ensuring accuracy in our records, and assisting the sales department with order processing and documentation.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable & Payable: Process invoices, follow up on outstanding payments, and ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time.Data Entry: Maintain and update financial records within our accounting software with high attention to detail.Reconciliation: Help reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions at the end of each month.Documentation: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial files for easy retrieval and audit readiness.Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding billing inquiries or payment discrepancies.QualificationsExperience: 1–3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a similar administrative role.Bilingual (English/Spanish): Must be fluent in both languages.
