Parts Counter Sales Representative – John Deere Construction & Forestry Equipment

Position Summary
The Parts Counter Sales Representative assists customers and service technicians by identifying, sourcing, and selling parts for John Deere construction, forestry, and industrial equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers and technicians in identifying and purchasing correct replacement parts.
- Research parts using manufacturer catalogs, inventory systems, and other resources.
- Prepare quotes, process sales transactions, and manage customer orders.
- Receive and follow up on parts inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stocking and inventory counts.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Parts sales, customer service, warehouse, or equipment industry experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn parts inventory systems.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to lift, bend, and work in a parts department environment.
