Beard Equipment is seeking a GPS Sales & Machine Control Sales Support Specialist to help customers maximize productivity through innovative machine control and technology solutions. This role combines sales support, customer relationship management, product expertise, and field troubleshooting to support our construction and earthmoving customers throughout our territory.
What You'll Do
- Support and promote GPS, machine control, and SmartGrade technology solutions.
- Partner with Sales Representatives to identify customer needs, develop solutions, and provide quotes.
- Assist with machine control demonstrations and customer training.
- Troubleshoot machine control systems and serve as a technical resource for customers.
- Build strong customer relationships and help grow technology sales opportunities.
- Work closely with dealership teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field and at customer job sites.
- Mechanical aptitude and interest in construction technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- High School Diploma required.
