Assistant Buyer

Etnyre International, a growing family‑owned manufacturer of road maintenance and repair equipment, is seeking an Assistant Buyer for our Wickenburg, AZ location. In this role, you will provide essential support to our procurement and sourcing functions by managing purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring all purchasing activities align with established production requirements.

What You’ll Do
•     Utilize Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) systems to identify procurement needs and execute purchasing activities in a timely and accurate manner.
•     Prepare and issue purchase orders, ensuring vendor acknowledgements, delivery dates, and lead times are properly confirmed and documented.
•     Coordinate closely with suppliers to expedite, reschedule, modify, or cancel orders as required to support production schedules.
•     Maintain accurate inventory levels and provide support for inventory‑related analysis and decision‑making.
•     Oversee the Return Material Authorization (RMA) process for product returns.
•     Ensure all procurement‑related data is accurately entered, maintained, and updated within company systems.
•     Assist in the onboarding of new suppliers and contribute to the development and maintenance of strong vendor relationships.
•     Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve purchasing‑related issues in a timely and professional manner.
•     Support departmental continuous improvement initiatives by contributing to process refinement and operational efficiency
