We are seeking a skilled Assembler/Welder to join our production team in Wickenburg, AZ. In this role, you will operate metalworking machinery, assemble mechanical and electrical components, and produce high‑quality weldments according to engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities
-
Operate multiple metalworking machines and use hand tools to assemble parts and components.

Wire electrical controls and install or route piping for assigned product lines.

Produce high‑quality weldments and welding assemblies in one or more production areas.

Weld steel components using appropriate welding equipment based on layouts, engineering drawings, work orders, or verbal instructions.

Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts to fabricate or rework parts.

Inspect welds and perform corrective actions to meet product quality standards.

Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.

General knowledge of assembly techniques, materials, tools, and equipment.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.

Ability to use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

General knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and equipment.

Skills may be gained through practical experience and/or on‑the‑job training.
Preferred Skills

Experience in MIG, TIG, or stick welding
