Position: Fabricator (Full-Time)

Job Summary:
As a Fabricator at BearCat, you will assemble, and fabricate parts to form complete units or sub-assemblies. You'll work closely with engineering and production teams to build high-quality road maintenance equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate metalworking machines and hand tools to assemble parts and components

• Wire electrical controls and run piping as needed for product lines

• Perform quality welds and assemblies per engineering specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and verbal instructions

• Set up and lay out work using jigs, fixtures, or hand layouts

• Inspect and correct welds to ensure quality standards

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

 What You Bring:

• Experience with welding and fabrication (on-the-job training available)

• Ability to read and understand precision measuring tools

• General knowledge of assembly techniques, welding tools, and equipment

• Blueprint reading experience preferred
