- Install, configure, and deploy computer hardware, peripherals, and software across various operating systems including Windows and macOS.
- Provide technical support to end-users by troubleshooting issues related to software applications, hardware components, and network connectivity.
- Manage computer systems through tools such as SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager), GPO (Group Policy Objects), and Active Directory to ensure security and efficiency.
- Support network infrastructure including LAN (Local Area Network), VPN (Virtual Private Network), DNS (Domain Name System), TCP/IP protocols, firewall configurations, and network administration tasks.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals to optimize user productivity.
- Conduct analysis of system logs and performance metrics using tools like ServiceNow, Jira, or BMC Remedy to identify issues proactively.
- Collaborate with team members on IT infrastructure projects involving Cisco Meraki networking equipment, Windows Server environments, Linux systems, and help desk ticket resolution.
- Strong technical support skills with the ability to troubleshoot software issues efficiently.
- Proficiency in computer management tools such as SCCM, GPO, Active Directory, and Windows Server administration.
- Knowledge of operating systems including Windows (various versions) and macOS; familiarity with Linux is a plus.
- Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN/WAN setup, TCP/IP protocols, DNS management, VPN configuration, firewall security measures, and network monitoring tools like Meraki.
- Ability to support desktop support functions including hardware repairs and software installations for desktops and mobile devices.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively assist end-users and document technical procedures clearly.
