Senior Director of Growth

Now we’re looking for a Senior Director of Growth to take paid digital performance to the next level—owning and scaling our investment across Facebook, TikTok, Paid Search, and emerging platforms.
Reporting into our Chief Growth Officer, this is a unique opportunity for a performance marketing leader who’s scaled 8-figure paid budgets profitably and thrives at the intersection of strategy, analytics, and creative. You’ll own the strategy, structure, and execution of our digital growth engine while partnering with our creative and brand teams to continually test, learn, and push boundaries.
What You’ll Do
- Own paid growth strategy across platforms: Lead performance marketing across Facebook/Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, and emerging channels to profitably scale Beam’s customer acquisition.
- Manage significant paid budgets: Allocate, forecast, and optimize multi-million-dollar investments to maximize efficiency (CAC, ROAS, LTV/CAC).
- Design a winning testing roadmap: Develop and execute systematic testing strategies across creative, audiences, bidding, placements, and offers to drive scalable learnings.
- Partner with creative & brand teams: Translate performance insights into creative briefs, ensuring our storytelling and assets are optimized for each platform.
- Deep-dive into data & insights: Build reporting frameworks and dashboards that highlight what’s working, what’s not, and where to double down.
- Expand into new platforms: Test and scale emerging paid channels beyond core platforms to unlock new growth.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with finance on forecasting, with product on launch strategies, and with leadership on long-term growth planning.
- Build & mentor: Grow and lead a high-performing paid media team while managing agency and vendor relationships.
Who You Are
- A proven growth leader: 8 years of experience driving paid growth at high-scale DTC or consumer brands, with a track record of profitably managing 8-figure annual budgets.
- Full-funnel mindset: You understand how to balance prospecting and retention, acquisition and LTV, creative and targeting.
- Performance-driven: You thrive on metrics, optimization, and building efficient systems for scale.
- Creative partner: You know how to push creative teams for performance-driven assets without losing brand voice.
- Platform expert: Deep knowledge of Facebook, TikTok, Google, and ideally hands-on experience with CTV, audio, and affiliate channels.
- Strategic hands-on: Comfortable setting long-term vision while jumping in the weeds to solve problems and test hypotheses.
