What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end purchasing process for surgical, clinical, and administrative supplies across multiple practice locations.
- Process purchase orders for surgical, clinical, and administrative supplies across multiple practice locations.
- Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines.
- Track inventory levels using our ERP/inventory management system and flag low-stock items.
- Assist with vendor research and price comparisons to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Coordinate with practice managers and clinical staff to forecast supply needs.
- Help maintain accurate purchasing records and vendor files.
- Support the purchasing team with special projects, such as rolling out new products or equipment.
- 1–2 years of purchasing, supply chain, or administrative experience (healthcare experience required; dental/oral surgery experience preferred).
- Healthcare industry experience required.
- Strong diligence and organizational skills.
- Comfort working with spreadsheets, databases, or ERP systems (training provided).
- Clear, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
- An initiative-taking, problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
