Our client, financial services organization, is seeking a Workday Specialist to join their team. This is a high-impact opportunity to design, manage, and analyze HR data and reporting to drive strategic, data-informed decisions across the organization. The ideal candidate is a highly analytical, technically proficient Workday expert with strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex HR data into actionable insights. - Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field, required.
- 5 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or HR operations, required.
- Expertise in Workday HCM, including reporting, dashboards, and security features, required.
- Financial services experience, preferred.
- Strong data skills with tools such as Excel (advanced), Power BI, Tableau, or similar, preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project), preferred.
- Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting tools for data extraction, preferred.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into clear executive presentations.
The base salary for this role is $125,000-$150,000.
Compensation is commensurate with experience.
