Vice President of Operations
Location: Denver, CO (Hybrid)
Travel: 50% across western and central mutli-state locations in the U.S.
The Vice President of Operations provides executive leadership for a large, multi‑site division consisting of approximately 50 locations. This role holds full responsibility for operational performance, profitability, and growth, leading through a team of District Leaders and General Managers to deliver consistent results across all markets.
This leader drives revenue growth, margin improvement, and EBITDA performance while strengthening sales execution, customer experience, safety, and operational discipline. The role partners cross‑functionally and uses data‑driven decision‑making to scale best practices, improve performance, and support market expansion.
Key Focus Areas
- Division‑wide P&L ownership and financial performance
- Leadership and development of District Leaders and General Managers
- Revenue growth, market expansion, and sales execution
- Operational consistency, safety culture, and continuous improvement
- Customer experience, retention, and service quality
- Cross‑functional collaboration across HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- 12-15 years of senior leadership experience with full P&L ownership
- Proven success leading large, distributed, multi‑location operations
- Strong record of driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence
- Experience in field‑based or service‑driven environments preferred
