Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant - Minneapolis, MN

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Trusts & Estates Legal Assistant to join a well respected law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking for a long-term position where your contributions are recognized, and you're empowered to grow your skills and career.

In this role, you will support attorneys and senior staff in a wide variety of estate planning and administration tasks. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational abilities, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to high-quality client service. Hybrid role and a 37.5 hour work week!

• Provide legal admin support to attorneys in the Trusts & Estates practice area.

• Manage and review attorneys' calendars.

• Draft and review legal documents and assist with the billing process.

• Process requests, invoices, and mail.

• Organize, manage, and maintain client files and electronic records in accordance with firm protocols.

• Support the legal team with research, file management, and special projects.

• Supervise tasks delegated to support staff where needed.
  
  

• 2 years of experience working in trusts and estates preferred.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage competing priorities.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic legal environment.
