Staff Accountant

Our client in the Dallas, TX area is seeking a contract Staff Accountant to join their Accounting team in early December.

The Staff Accountant will be responsible with the following:

• Assist with preparing journal entries, reconcile general ledger accounts, and maintain financial records

• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes

• Reconcile balance sheet account, bank accounts, and credit card statements

• Support accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely processing and accuracy

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)

• 1 years of accountant experience
