Senior Financial Analyst
Senior Financial Analysts! We need you- and so does our client! Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a contract to hire basis.
As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with finance leadership and business partners to support:
- Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Leading variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and forecast, with clear commentary for leadership
- Development, enhancement, and ownership of financial models and forecasts
- Supporting and driving budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and decision support
- Assisting with and improving month-end and year-end close processes
- Preparing presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership
- Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards
- Leading ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

- 4 years of financial analysis and reporting experience

- Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
