Senior Financial Analysts! We need you- and so does our client! Our client, a growing pharmaceutical company, is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join their team on a contract to hire basis.

As the Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with finance leadership and business partners to support:

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
• Leading variance analysis of actuals vs. budget and forecast, with clear commentary for leadership
• Development, enhancement, and ownership of financial models and forecasts
• Supporting and driving budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple departments
• Partnering with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and decision support
• Assisting with and improving month-end and year-end close processes
• Preparing presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership
• Analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal policies and reporting standards
• Leading ad hoc analysis and special projects as needed

To be considered for this position, you would need:

• 4 years of financial analysis and reporting experience
• Strong experience with financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, financial modeling)
• Experience working within an ERP system
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
