SENIOR PAYROLL CONSULTANT: DETAILS
Title: Senior Payroll Consultant
Location: Goodlettsville TN
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $30-45/hour
Type: Contract
Hours: 8am-5pm | Monday-Friday | 40 hours
Openings: 3
REQUIREMENTS: SENIOR PAYROLL CONSULTANT
- 4 year recent payroll experience
- Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of payroll laws.
- Experience creating complex spreadsheets including utilization of report writing tools.
- Comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax withholding processing functions and procedures.
RESPONSIBILITIES: SENIOR PAYROLL CONSULTANT
Analyze, audit, and process multi-state payroll
Taking inbound and making outbound phone calls
Submitting ticket reqs
Submitting and assisting with time entry requests.
Maintain appropriate supporting backup for system and employees' updates and adjustments in company systems.
Performing direct deposit questions and check requests.
Adhere to state guidelines for remitting and releasing court ordered payments.
Research employee wages and deduction history
Sourcing inbound checks
Creates and formats analytical reports and prepares correspondence to internal and external departments using Microsoft Office tools.
