SE PA Experienced Corporate Attorney

You can do sophisticated corporate work without billing 2000 hours a year. An established boutique southeastern Pennsylvania firm is looking to add an experienced corporate/M&A attorney to their growing Business & Finance team. This is a great opportunity for a more experienced attorney to step into a senior role within the practice, taking meaningful ownership of matters and build long-term client relationships.

What you'd do:

• M&A, general corporate and commercial transactions
• Draft and negotiate deal documents and commercial agreements from state to finish
• Counsel business owners and executives on their ongoing busines need

What we're looking for:

• 7 years in corporate practice
• Meaningful law firm background handling M&A and general corporate matters
• Ability to handle a broad range of transactions and draft documents from scratch
• PA Bar required; NJ admission a plus

Nuts & Bolts:

• 1500 billable hour target
• $180K anticipated base salary depending on experience
• In-office position, with flexibility for occasional remote work
