In this role, you'll manage order flow, onboard new accounts, and strengthen relationships with key partners while driving process improvements. - Responsibilities include processing and monitoring sales orders with accuracy; coordinating onboarding for new accounts and ensuring compliance; managing EDI setup and troubleshooting issues; handling warranty claims and providing responsive customer support; generating reports and maintaining dashboards to inform business decisions; collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, forecasting, and fulfillment; and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
- The ideal candidate possesses 3 years of experience in sales operations or account support; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems and EDI platforms; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; high attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities; and adaptability to thrive in dynamic, entrepreneurial settings.
