Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Paralegal - Mergers & Acquisitions. This corporate legal opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented paralegal with experience supporting transactions, due diligence, and legal department operations.
Summary of Role
- Support attorneys and legal team members with corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and related business initiatives.
- Assist with due diligence efforts, document collection, review coordination, and organization of transaction materials.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain closing documents, transaction files, records, checklists, and project trackers.
- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders, attorneys, and paralegals to help keep transaction matters moving efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior paralegal or legal support experience, preferably in a corporate legal department, law firm, or transactional practice setting.
- Familiarity with corporate transactions, M&A processes, due diligence, closing documentation, or legal operations support.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate records, and track project details.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, legal staff, and cross-functional business teams.
